Trail Blvd: A Bright Modern Farmhouse Basement

SPRINGWATER, ON · Full Basement Renovation

We kept the palette light so the basement never feels like a basement. A full kitchenette pairs white shaker cabinetry with a navy island, black dome pendants and floating white oak shelves. Shiplap walls tie the space together, including a media wall framed by more floating shelves.

The bathroom brings white subway tile, matte black fixtures and a white oak vanity, and a dedicated home gym gives the family room to train without taking over the living space.
