A creative discovery work session where we dive into your lifestyle, your aesthetic, and the full scope of your project. This is where the relationship begins — and where we ensure we are the perfect fit for your vision.
At the close of the consultation, the Phase 2 Design contract is signed and work can begin.

This can include a customized design concept plan, furniture selections, fixtures, finishes and more! Design Packages are a great way to honour your budget and still elevate the design in your home. Whether you’re looking for one room or several, we can help you start transforming your space today! Please Note: This offer does not include project management. If you need support during your project, please see our Designer By My Side Package. We offer a 10-hour service for those looking for support with site visits, contractor communication, organization, and more.

Our skilled designers will help guide you with their extensive years of experience, eye for detail and inspiration. This service starts with an evaluation of your design requirements, creates a plan of action, explores potential reuse of existing elements, and helps you achieve a stunning look in any room of your home. We connect with you online or in person to make your design dreams come true. Please Note: this offer is available in 20-hour blocks.

Full-service design is a significant investment — in your home and in the experience of getting there. Here are the questions we hear most often, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Every project is unique, but most full-service projects run between 4 and 12 months from consultation to Reveal Day. Scope, construction complexity, and product lead times all play a role. We'll give you a realistic timeline at your consultation — and keep you informed throughout every phase so there are never any surprises.

As involved as you'd like to be. Some clients love being part of every decision; others prefer to hand it over and be wowed at the end. We design our process to flex around you. The key moments where your input matters most — the Concept Review and Design Presentation — are built right into our 7 steps, so nothing moves forward without your sign-off.

No — that's one of the great advantages of full-service design. We ask that a lockbox be in place on the property during the implementation phase so our team and trades can access the space on your behalf. You're always welcome to stop by, but we take care of everything so you don't have to be there. You'll simply walk in on Reveal Day.

Absolutely. We always explore the potential of your existing pieces before recommending replacements. If something has meaning, works with the design direction, or simply doesn't need to go — we'll incorporate it beautifully. This is your home, not a showroom. Our job is to make it feel like you, just elevated.

We're happy to work alongside your existing contractor. We do recommend trades we trust and have an established working relationship with, as this protects the quality of the outcome — but if you have someone you're committed to, we'll collaborate with them. We want the project to succeed, and that starts with the right team around the table.

One round of revisions is included following your Design Presentation — revision requests must be submitted in writing within two weeks of the presentation date. Any changes requested outside of this window, or beyond the included revision round, are handled through a simple Change Order process and billed at our hourly rate. We're always transparent about this upfront so there are no unexpected costs.

Yes — throughout your project you'll have digital access to your complete design via our client portal. Every selection, specification, and detail is stored there for you to reference at any time. At the close of your project, you'll also receive a printed project binder — a keepsake record of every decision made for your home.
