Project Initiation
Where we get to know you, your space, and your vision — and lay the groundwork for a project built on clarity and intention.

INITIATION
The Consultation
A creative discovery work session where we dive into your lifestyle, your aesthetic, and the full scope of your project. This is where the relationship begins — and where we ensure we are the perfect fit for your vision.
At the close of the consultation, the Phase 2 Design contract is signed and work can begin.
$450 + TAX · 2 HOURS

PHASE TWO
The Design
This is where your home begins to take shape. From on-site discovery to an immersive in-studio presentation, every detail of your design is thoughtfully crafted and considered.

DESIGN
Trade Day
Our team arrives on-site to take precise measurements, capture photos, and meet with all required trades. We leave with everything we need to design your space with confidence and accuracy.

DESIGN
Concept & Budget Review
A virtual meeting held a few weeks after Trade Day, where we present the initial design concept, furniture layouts, and a preliminary budget. This is your moment to align on direction — and to ensure selections reflect both your style and your budget — before we go deep into the final design.

DESIGN
Design Presentation
An immersive, in-person experience at our design studio. Touch fabrics, feel finishes, and step inside your space through photo-realistic 3D renderings. One round of revisions is included — revision requests must be submitted in writing within two weeks of your presentation date.
This phase typically takes 4–6 weeks from the Concept Review, depending on project scope.

PHASE THREE
Implementation
Your design comes to life. We manage every detail of ordering, installation, and reveal — so the moment you walk through your door, everything is exactly as envisioned.

IMPLEMENTATION
Ordering & Installations
A kick-off meeting is scheduled, all orders are placed, and trades are engaged. We conduct up to one weekly on-site inspection during installations to ensure every element is executed to professional standards — you are welcome to attend, but never required to.
All items are received, inspected, and stored at our preferred facility until approximately 90% are ready for delivery — ensuring your Reveal Day is a single, seamless experience.

IMPLEMENTATION
Reveal Day
This is where it all comes together. Our team handles every delivery, installation, and final styling detail — artwork, accessories, the finishing touches that make a house feel like home. You walk in and it's done.

IMPLEMENTATION
Project Closure
Any deficiencies are identified and resolved. All accounts are reconciled and you are presented with your complete project binder — a full record of every decision, selection, and specification made throughout your project.

Full-service design is a significant investment — in your home and in the experience of getting there. Here are the questions we hear most often, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Every project is unique, but most full-service projects run between 4 and 12 months from consultation to Reveal Day. Scope, construction complexity, and product lead times all play a role. We'll give you a realistic timeline at your consultation — and keep you informed throughout every phase so there are never any surprises.

As involved as you'd like to be. Some clients love being part of every decision; others prefer to hand it over and be wowed at the end. We design our process to flex around you. The key moments where your input matters most — the Concept Review and Design Presentation — are built right into our 7 steps, so nothing moves forward without your sign-off.

No — that's one of the great advantages of full-service design. We ask that a lockbox be in place on the property during the implementation phase so our team and trades can access the space on your behalf. You're always welcome to stop by, but we take care of everything so you don't have to be there. You'll simply walk in on Reveal Day.

Absolutely. We always explore the potential of your existing pieces before recommending replacements. If something has meaning, works with the design direction, or simply doesn't need to go — we'll incorporate it beautifully. This is your home, not a showroom. Our job is to make it feel like you, just elevated.

We're happy to work alongside your existing contractor. We do recommend trades we trust and have an established working relationship with, as this protects the quality of the outcome — but if you have someone you're committed to, we'll collaborate with them. We want the project to succeed, and that starts with the right team around the table.

Two rounds of revisions is included following your Design Presentation — revision requests must be submitted in writing within two weeks of the presentation date. Any changes requested outside of this window, or beyond the included revision round, are handled through a simple Change Order process and billed at our hourly rate. We're always transparent about this upfront so there are no unexpected costs.

Yes — throughout your project you'll have digital access to your complete design via our client portal. Every selection, specification, and detail is stored there for you to reference at any time. At the close of your project, you'll also receive a printed project binder — a keepsake record of every decision made for your home.
